School Concurrency Review
Notice Regarding School Concurrency - Effective Immediately: Pursuant to the Interlocal Agreement for Public School Facility Planning between Miami-Dade County and Miami-Dade County Public Schools, a public school facility review is required on all proposed residential development zoning applications. After submittal of the application by the applicant to Miami-Dade County, the zoning application will be transmitted electronically by Miami-Dade County to Miami-Dade County Public Schools. A fee of $250.00 for the public school facility review will be assessed electronically to the zoning applicant by Miami-Dade County Public Schools. Payment must occur electronically prior to the public school facility review being completed.
