Extension of Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (TCO )or Completion (TCC)

A request for an extension of the Temporary Certificate of Occupancy or Completion must be submitted in writing to the Secretary of the Board. The completed Temporary Extension of Occupancy (TCO) or Temporary Extensions of Completion (TCC) Form must be a part of the submittal. These forms include sections where the Building Official must indicate his recommendation. (Refer to BORA Form - Instructions on Submitting an TCO Appeal and Instructions on Submitting an TCC Appeal.)
