Code Compliance

One of Environmental Resources Management's primary goals is to ensure that environmental violations are corrected in the most expeditious manner possible in order to minimize the impact of the violation on the environment and the residents and visitors of Miami-Dade County. If you have an environmental complaint please contact the Environmental Resources Management's Complaint Desk by calling 305-372-6955, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

  • Chapter 24 of the Miami-Dade County Code has been reorganized
    This will make learning about environmental regulations even easier to understand. Take a look at the ordinance that made it all happen.
