Forming Teams
A CERT is a cohesive group of individuals with locality in common, such as neighborhood or homeowner’s associations, church or school groups, or business or civic groups. Team members must be 18 years of age and older. Physical limitations do not deter participation on a CERT as there are multiple functions requiring limited physical exertion. It is the responsibility of the team member to advise the instructors of their limitations.
