Parents and Tots
This course is designed to help children, ages 2 to 5, become comfortable in and around the water. This class provides parents with information and techniques to help orient their children to the water and to supervise water activities in a safe manner. A parent or guardian is required in the water with each child. Basic skills are learned first. Once learned, the instructor will build on them to increase the child's endurance and teach new aquatic skills appropriate for the child's age and readiness.
Adult Swimming Lessons
