Congratulations to MDPR Employees!

Once again, your hard work is being recognized and your PRIDE is showing.  The reaccreditation team from the Commission for Accreditation of Park & Recreation Agencies (CAPRA) visited us this past May, and they  are recommending that MDPR be granted reaccreditation.  Also,  MDPR is a finalist for the National Recreation and Park Association's (NRPA) Gold Medal Award.  Just making it to the finals is a great accomplishment and plenty to be proud of.  A decision on both reaccreditation and the National Gold Award will be made in October at NRPA's yearly convention.

New PRIDE SLP Group

The second group of the PRIDE SLP recently kicked-off their participation in the program by spending the day at Devonaire Park working with their mentors on a beautification project.
