1) DP&Z, Planning Division sends adopted Small-Scale package to DCA

Next Step:  Adopted Small-Scale in Effect 

DP&Z, Planning Division:

• Finalizes Small-Scale ordinance & memo
• Small-Scale ordinance In Legistar System
• Obtains Certified Ordinance from COC
• Prepares Small-Scale adopted transmittal letter
• Prepares Small-Scale Summary of Final Actions Report
• Prepares Small-Scale LUP Map Series using GIS software
• Assemble scovenants/additional information
• Prepares adopted Small-Scale package for transmittal to DCA
• Sends adopted Small-Scale to all County Depts., Assistant County Attorney, Mayor and other staff as necessary
• Keeps adopted Small-Scale in file
