1) Adopted small-scale in effect 31 days after adoption

  • Parties withstanding have opportunity to appeal during this period per Chapter 163, FS.

Next Step: Applicant can now apply for zoning

DP&Z, Planning Division:

  • Prepares small-scale adoption package; transmitted to DCA for files
  • Subject land is modified on CDMP
