Transmittal of Adopted Standard Applications
An adopted package of the Standard Applications having addressed the ORC recommendations. Final transmittal of adopted package to DCA.
State Law and County Code Mandate and Deadline
1) DP&Z mails adopted package to DCA and other State and Regional Agencies (SFWMD, SFRPC, etc.)
Next Step: DCA Notice of Intent (NOI)
DP&Z, Planning Division:
- Receive covenants & additional information
- Incorporates all changes
- For a land use map amendment, add a statement indicating the date that the annual capital improvement element update has been adopted, along with the summary of de minimis impact records
- Finalizes adopted Standard Ordinance & Memo
- Prepare adopted Standard Package for transmittal to State and Regional Agencies
- Prepare Summary of Final Actions Report
- Send adopted Standard Letter to ACM for Signature
- Adopted Ordinance to County Attorney
- Assemble BCC Exhibits
- Send adopted Ordinance to Legistar
- Obtain Certified Adopted Ordinance from COC
