Planning Research Demographic Unit

 

The Demographic Unit produces the official population projections for the County, both at the countywide level as well as for the 32 minor statistical areas. It also provides annual population estimates for the unincorporated area. In addition, it maintains a housing database and prepares housing studies for the county and more localized areas. It is responsible for developing all census based reports based on demographic, social and housing data.
