Planning Research Geographic Unit

The Geographic Unit maintains the existing land use data and provides analysis for Miami Dade County. It also provides zoning information, and future development capacity estimates for the entire metropolitan area. The Geographic Unit produces various thematic maps as well.

To see the Current Existing Land Use, and Zoning layers in desired locations in Miami-Dade County, please click here, select the category "Development and Planning", and zoom at parcel level!

Detailed and customized maps can be provided by the Geographic Unit upon request. Please, contact us if you want to order maps for print or custom size maps.

Note: Various deadlines and fees may apply for customized maps.
