Request for Zoning Inspection

Requests for zoning inspections can be submitted by telephone at 786-315-2660 or fax at 786-315-2927 between the hours of 7:30 A.M. and 3:30 P.M.  Inspectors  are available to meet with the public during the hours of 7:30 A.M. and 10:30 A. M.  It is requested that an appointment be scheduled with the inspector to insure availability.  Inspections will be conducted within two (2) working days of receipt.  Overtime inspections can be scheduled with prior Departmental approval  for an additional fee.  Inspection requests that result in the inspector not having access to the location or failure to comply with requested corrections after the initial inspection may result in the imposition of a re-inspection fee as per the approved departmental fee schedule.
