The Port of Miami is partnering with the Greater Miami Convention and Visitor's Bureau and Miami Dade College as part of the Miami Begins With Me customer service campaign.
In a recent customer service poll, more than 80 percent of cruise ship passengers survey rated the Port of Miami as good or very good. "Our goal is to reach a 100 percent for excellent service," said Port Director Bill Johnson. The Miami Begins With Me message is great customer service begins with every Miamian who touches the tourism industry. The Port of Miami is 100 percent committed. |
