Metrorail weekend single-tracking schedule: Between Culmer and Brickell stations. For more information, see additional service updates.
Transit services during Fourth of July weekend: Metrobus, Metrorail and Metromover will provide regular service on Friday, July 3, 2009 and Saturday, July 4th. However, additional Metrorail and Metromover service will be provided on Saturday, July 4th, to accommodate those attending evening celebrations in downtown Miami. To learn more, click here.
Metrobus Route 95X special holiday schedule: On Friday, July 3rd, Route 95X trips between downtown Miami and the Golden Glades Park & Ride lot will have a special schedule. Click here for more information.
Route A (101) now serving the Omni Bus Terminal: Beginning Friday, July 3rd, buses will now enter and serve inside the Omni Bus Terminal. See the map for more information.
Work begins on Metrorail link to Miami International Airport Miami-Dade County leaders recently broke ground on a 2.4-mile extension of Metrorail that will go from the Earlington Heights Station to the Miami Intermodal Center next to MIA. The extension is expected to be completed in 2012 and will provide a vital link for millions of visitors and residents who travel to and from the airport every year. Read the story. The EASY way to pay your transit fare is coming soon
Think of the EASY Card as your transit debit card. Fares are automatically deducted at Metrobus fareboxes and Metrorail faregates. Just tap and go. How EASY is that?
Learn more here, or call 3-1-1, weekdays, from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m., and on weekends, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., excluding holidays.
Miami-Dade Transit is now installing the new Metrorail faregates as part of the upcoming EASY Card fare collection system. Station signs will direct you to temporary entrances and exits. For more information, call 3-1-1.
