REVISED: Temporary Nighttime Lane Closures on S.R.112 Eastbound & Westbound

Temporary nightly lane closures on S.R. 112 eastbound and westbound between NW 37 Avenue and just west of NW 32 Avenue, which began Sunday, July 11 and were scheduled to continue through Friday, July 23, will now end on Saturday, July 17.  The lane closures will continue to be implemented from 9:00 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. each night. At 5:30 a.m. every day, the contractor will re-open all lanes except the left lane on S.R. 112 eastbound which will remain closed during both day and night time.

• S.R. 112 westbound: The left lane on S.R. 112 westbound will be closed nightly from 9:00 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. the next morning.  For safety reasons, the center lane will also be closed on the following dates: Wednesday, July 14, Thursday, July 15 and Saturday, July 17.
• S.R. 112 eastbound: The center lane on S.R. 112 eastbound will be closed nightly from 9:00 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. the next morning. 

Nighttime Mainline Closure of S.R.112 Eastbound & Lane Closure of S.R.112 Westbound

Commencing on Monday, July 19 through Tuesday, July 27, the following closures will take effect from 9:00 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. each night. At 5:30 a.m. every day, the contractor will reopen all lanes except the left lane on S.R. 112 eastbound which will remain closed during both day and night time.

• S.R. 112 westbound: The left and center lanes on S.R. 112 westbound will be closed nightly from 9:00 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. the next morning.
• S.R. 112 eastbound: All eastbound lanes between NW 42 Avenue/LeJeune Road and NW 22 Avenue will be completely closed at 9:00 p.m. each night and will reopen at 5:30 a.m. the following morning. Detour signs will be posted directing motorists to the below alternate routes. 
  • NW 36 Street to S.R. 112 eastbound Traffic: Motorists traveling east on NW 36 Street who wish to access S.R. 112 eastbound will be directed to turn left on NW 22 Avenue.  Continue north on NW 22 Avenue and turn slightly right to entrance ramp for S.R. 112 eastbound.
  • NW 21 Street to S.R. 112 eastbound Traffic:  Motorists traveling west on NW 21 Street who wish to access S.R.112 eastbound will be directed to NW 42 Avenue/LeJeune Road.  Continue north on NW 42 Avenue/LeJeune Road and turn right on NW 36 Street.  Continue east on NW 36 Street and turn left on NW 22 Avenue. Continue north on NW 22 Avenue and turn slightly right to entrance ramp for S.R. 112 eastbound.
  • E. Okeechobee Road to S.R. 112 eastbound Traffic: Motorists traveling on East Okeechobee Road who wish to access S.R. 112 eastbound will be directed to turn left on NW 36 Street.  Continue east on NW 36 Street and turn left on NW 22 Avenue. Continue north on NW 22 Avenue and turn slightly right to entrance ramp for S.R. 112 eastbound.
